Vetral Srl produce, using some “hand lay-up” procedures of manual stratification with moulding for a “contact molding” contact, VETRAL SRL produces a wide range of manufacts in polyester strenghtened with fibre-glass, either in standard- or in special version. Using different combinations of mat, reed-emittings and resins, it is possible to obtain indistrial manufactured articles by different thicknesses and characteristics.
The normally used resin belongs to the isoftalic polyester, but some elements of bisfenolic, vinylester and epossydic type may be furnished on request, when special combinations of the project (temperature or transported fluid) request it.
The internal standard liner is strenghted with a C- glass veil by 33 gr/square meter and an E-glass mat by 375 gr/square meter, for a thickeness varying from 0.8 to 1.2 mm. Different stremghtenings and thicknesses may be furnisched on request, as well as some special pieces by different measures and nominal pressures may be projected and finisched on request.
Standard productions having a diameter from Dn 15 to Dn 1200 and for pressure classes going from Pu 6 to Pu 20 are referred to:
- Elbows with different gradations and angulations;
- Fixed or stub-end flanges;
- Tee;
- Concentric and eccentric reductions;
- Bases;
- Hatches for tank;
- Prefabricated pipe spools ready to be installed either in glassresin or in thermoplastic resins or in thermoplastic glassresins covered;
- Filters and Special in glassresin, having been built according to the Customer’s requests.
